1/18 사태에 대한 김현중 팬덤 연합의 선언문 및 對 DSP 엔터테인먼트에 대한 요구안

2010년 1월 18일부터 20일에 걸친 전두환의 팔순잔치 보도 과정에서 그룹  SS501의 멤버 김현중의 참석을 둘러싸고 방송, 일간지, 인터넷 신문 등의 매체에서 일련의 오보 및 기사 정정 사태가 빚어졌습니다. 이와 관련하여 ‘김현중 팬덤 연합 (이하 연합)’은 김현중의 소속 기획사인 DSP 엔터테인먼트의 미흡한 대처 능력에 실망과 분노를 금치 못하고 있습니다.

우리 연합은 이번 사안으로 파급된 정치적 파장 및 국민 정서적 엄중함을 가슴 깊이 공감하고 있습니다. 이에 소속 기획사로서 사안의 정치적인 파장을 사전에 인지하지 못하여 불필요한 논란을 자초한 이호연 DSP엔터테인먼트 대표의 부적절한 동행 결정과, 그 논란의 수습 과정에서 드러난 DSP 엔터테인먼트의 사후대처 능력의 부재에 깊은 유감을 표하는 바입니다. 사태의 심각성을 깨닫지 못한 채 내보낸 면피성 부인 기사와 타 언론의 사실 확인 기사, 그에 따른 뒤늦은 번복과 해명은 소속사의 도덕성 상실 논란을 불러옴과 동시에 소속 연예인 김현중에 대해서도 치명적인 이미지 손상을 가져오는 결과를 낳았습니다. 이에 우리 연합은 진실하고 성의 있는 모습을 보여주지 못한 DSP 엔터테인먼트에 책임을 물음과 동시에, 본의가 아닌 일련의 일들로 큰 상처를 입은 김현중이 현명한 방법으로 이 사안에 대처할 수 있도록 모든 방법을 동원해 응원과 지원을 아끼지 않을 것임을 선언합니다.

1월 20일 현재까지 DSP 엔터테인먼트 측은 SS501 공식 홈페이지에 자신들의 입장만을 대변한 공지를 올려 놓았을 뿐, 상식적으로 납득할만한 해명도, 공식적인 입장표명도 하지 않고 있습니다. 우리 연합은 작금의 사태에 대한 일차적인 책임이 DSP 엔터테인먼트 측의 안이한 태도에 있음에 주목하고 있습니다. 소속사가 책임있는 모습을 보여 주지 못했기에 불필요한 논란이 커지고 있으며, 그에 따라 마땅히 사건의 초점이 되어야 할 정치적, 도의적 사안은 오히려 뒷전에 밀려나 있는 형국입니다. 김현중의 팬이기 이전에 국민의 한 사람으로서, 우리는 본의 아니게 그 자리에 참석한 한 연예인에 관심의 초점이 맞춰져, 정치적인 엄중함이라는 이 사안의 본질이 오도되는 것을 묵과할 수 없습니다. 따라서 문제를 본질로 되돌리기 위한 방법의 일환으로, 김현중을 그 자리에 참석시킨 이유에 관한 DSP 엔터테인먼트의 성의 있는 해명과 사과를 강력히 요구합니다.

소속 연예인의 보호를 최우선으로 하여 신속하고도 현명한 대처를 해야 했을 소속사가 현재까지도 제대로 된 후속조치를 취하지 않아 논란을 가중시키며, 수 많은 비난의 화살이 소속 연예인에게로 쏟아지는 상황을  방관하고 있다는 점은, DSP엔터테인먼트가 소속사로서의 역할을 제대로 수행하고 있는 지를 의심스럽게 합니다. 따라서 이에 대한 사과 및 시정조치를 요구하는 바입니다.

우리 팬덤 연합은 누군가의 팬이기 이전에 국민의 한 사람으로서 한 연예인의 참석으로 인해 본 사안의 본질이 흐려졌음에 안타까움을 금치 못하고 있습니다. 이 글을 쓰는 시각에도, 각 포털 사이트를 통해 과장되고 자극적인 기사들이 확산되며 악성 댓글이 넘쳐나고 있습니다. 이로 인해 김현중은 그간 연예인으로서 쌓아온 이미지가 급속도로 실추되었으며 막대한 유/무형적 피해를 입고 있습니다.

이처럼 사안이 악화 일로를 걷고 있음에도 불구하고, DSP 엔터테인먼트는 오직 침묵으로만 일관하고 있습니다. 우리는 그간 자극적인 기사와 악성 댓글로 인해 어떤 피해가 있을 수 있는지, 여러 차례 똑똑히 목도한 바 있습니다. 이와 같은 유감스러운 사례가 다시 한 번 되풀이되어서는 안 될 것입니다. 해서 우리는 DSP 엔터테인먼트가 무책임한 방관적인 태도를 즉시 중단하고, 명확한 해명을 위한 강력한 의지를 보여줄 것을 촉구하는 바입니다.

끝으로 우리 연합은 DSP 엔터테인먼트가 참석사실을 부인했음에도 불구하고 SS501공식 홈페이지를 통하여 본인 스스로 진실을 밝혔던 김현중의 소신 있는 행동에 전폭적인 지지를 보냅니다.

아울러 어려운 시기, 진실을 감추지 않고 솔직히 드러내보인 그의 용기에 박수를 보내며, 사태 해결의 마지막까지 우리 연합이 항상 함께 할 것임을 밝히는 바입니다.

 Declaration on the Jan. 18th incident and requests to DSP Entertainment
- Hyunjoong Kim Fandom Coalition

1. 

Concerning the press coverage from 18-20th of January on the 80th birthday of Doo-hwan Chun, former president of South Korea, a series of wrong reports on the attendance of Hyunjoong Kim, member of SS501 and corrections have decorated TVs, daily newspapers and online newspapers recently. ‘Hyunjoong Kim Fandom Coalition (hereafter ‘Coalition’) is enraged and highly disappointed to see the downright incompetence of DSP Entertainment, the entertainment company that Hyunjoong Kim belongs to, as demonstrated in the process.

The Coalition is acutely aware of the political and emotional repercussions of the incident. We are utterly regretful for the inappropriate decision made by Hoyeon Lee, CEO of DSP Entertainment, to take Hyunjoong to the party as he completely failed to understand the potential political repercussions that the issue can bring and the incompetency of DSP Entertainment demonstrated in the process of handling the issue. The article denying his attendance published as a stopgap measure and following articles by other media confirm!ing the attendance and the resultant belated excuses and change of words triggered massive controversy on the morale of the company and heavily damaged the image of Hyunjoong Kim. As such, the Coalition holds DSP Entertainment hugely responsible for failing to show an authentic and sincere attitude and declares full and unyielding support and care to Hyunjoong Kim left hurting due to a series of unintended events until the issue is resolved.

As of Jan 20, DSP Entertainment has failed to provide a convincing excuse nor officially stated their stance. All they have done to date is post a notice on the official web site of SS501 representing their stance. We take notice in the fact that DSP Entertainment is primarily responsible for the current fold of events for its complacent attitude. Failure to take responsibility aggravated unnecessary controversies, brushing aside the political and ethical issue at the center of the matter. As a member of the nation before being a fan of Hyunjoong Kim, we cannot overlook the fact that the focus of the interest has shifted from the political seriousness to the unwilling attendance of a celebrity. As part of the efforts to rectify the situation, we strongly urge DSP Entertainment to provide a sincere explanation and apology for making Hyunjoong attend the party.

Five hours after the article on Hyunjoong attending the 80th birthday of Mr. Chun was released, DSP Entertainment officially announced that Hyunjoong “did not attend such an event”.  However, in the early morning of the next day, Hyunjoong posted a note on the official web site where he admitted his attendance, in drastic contrast to the false argument of the company. Following a counter argument by another media that confirm!ed his presence, DSP Entertainment hurriedly changed their words through the official web site. However, their high-ended and unfriendly attitude displayed during the process, even saying such things as “We do not seek your understanding”, left us but questioning if they really care for the celebrity in question.

While it is the duty of the company to take swift and wise measures to protect their members, the failure to take appropriate follow-up measures have triggered undesirable controversy and the fact that they are idly watching the celebrity take all the blame leave us questioning if they are really fit for their role as the entertainment company. Accordingly, we would like to urge DSP Entertainment to apologize and take corrective measures.

Jan. 18 (Mon), 2010, 6:35 pm. Yeonhap News reports the attendance of Hyunjoong Kim of SS501 to the 80th birthday of Doo-hwan Chun.

Jan. 18 (Mon), 2010, 10:30 pm. Mydaily publishes an article titled “Entertainment company fully denies his attendance”

Jan. 19 (Tue), 2010, 0:45 am. Hyunjoong Kim writes on the official web site of SS501 honestly describing his feelings. He confesses that he attended the party (the posting deleted about 30 minutes after)

Jan. 19 (Tue), 2010, 2:02 am. The same posting appears on the official web site of SS501 for the second time.

Jan. 19 (Tue), 2010, 9:23 am. Media Today confirm!s the attendance of Hyunjoong Kim, sparking a controversy of false reporting on the previous day.

Jan. 19 (Tue), 2010, 11:16 am. DSP Entertainment writes on the official web site of SS501 explaining the situation.

The process of attending the party followed by denial to be shortly replaced by change of words sparked fierce controversy.

Before being a fan of someone, as a member of the nation, we are utterly sorry that the focus of the issue has been diverted. Even as we write this declaration, exaggerations and sensational articles are spreading quickly and malicious comments littering various web sites. Hyunjoong Kim is suffering from a severe damage to his image and tangible and intangible damages.

While the event is aggravating by the second, DSP Entertainment is keeping its mouth firmly closed. Through multiple occasions, we are fully aware of the detrimental effects of sensational articles and malicious comments. Such a pitiful event should never reoccur. Thereby, we strongly urge DSP Entertainment to immediately stop being idle and irresponsive and show strong determination to provide a clear explanation.

Last but not least, our Coalition fully supports and admires the integrity of Hyunjoong Kim for stepping up to share the truth through the official web site of SS501 even when the company had released an article to the contrary.

Furthermore, we applaud him for his courage for not hiding the truth during such difficult times and proclaim that we will be with him by his side until the matter is fully resolved.   

We look forward to the rational and quick action by DSP Entertainment.

対DSPエンターテインメントに対した要求案

 

 

1.

2010年1月18日から20日かけてジョンドフアンの八旬宴の報道過程でグループss501のメンバー

キ厶ヒョンジュンの参加をめぐって放送、日刊紙、インタネット新聞などのメディアで一連の誤報及び

記事訂正事態がもたらいました。これと関して＇キ厶ヒョンジュンファンダム(fandom)連合(以下連合)＇はキ厶ヒョンジュンの所属企画社のDSPエンターテインメントの充分でない対処能力に失望と怒りを

禁じえないです。

私達連合は今度の事態で波及された政治的波長及び国民の情緒的厳重さを心深く共感しています。

これで所属企画社としてこの事態の政治的波長を前もって認知できなくて不必要な論難を自ら招いた

リホヨンDSPエンターテインメント代表の不適切な同行決定と、その論難の収集過程で現れた

DSPエンターテインメントの死後対処能力の不在に深い残念な気持を示すところです。事態の深刻性を

悟ることができなかったまま出した面皮性否認記事、それによる遅い繰り返した変更と解明は所属社の

道徳性喪失論難を呼び起こす同時に所属芸能人のキ厶ヒョンジュンにも致命的なイメージ損傷を及ぼす

結果を生みました。これで私達連合は真実で誠意ある姿を見せてくれなかったDSPエンターテインメントに責任を問う事と同時に、本意ではない一連の事で大きく傷ついたキ厶ヒョンジュンが賢明な方法でこの事案に対処するようにすべての方法を動員して応援と支援を惜しまないことを宣言します。

1月20日現在までDSPエンターテインメント方はss501の公式ホームページに自分達の立場だけ代弁した

公知を乗せただけで、常識的に納得できるような解明も、公式的な立場表明もしてないです。私達連合は

昨今の事態に対して一次的な責任がDSPエンターテインメント方の安易な態度にある事に注目しています。所属社が責任ある姿を見せてくれなかったから不必要な論難が大きくなっていて、それによって当然に事件の焦点にならなければならない政治的、道徳的事案はむしろ後回しに押し寄せている形になったのです。キ厶ヒョンジュンのファンだより先に国民の一人として、私達は不本意ながらその席に参席した

一人の芸能人に関心の焦点が合わせられて、政治的な厳重な事というこの事案の本質が間違えて報道される事を黙過できません。従って問題を本質で戻すための方法の一環で、キ厶ヒョンジュンをその場に参席させた理由に関するDSPエンターテインメントの誠意ある解明と謝罪を強力に求めます。

八旬宴の参席記事が出てから5時間後、DSPエンターテインメントはキ厶ヒョンジュンが＇そんな宴会＇に参席したことがないと言論に知らせました。しかし翌日の夜明けに所属社の偽りの主張と全面配置する

キ厶ヒョンジュンの参席を是認する文が公式ホームページに上って来て、同じ日の朝史実関係を確認したメディアの今日の反駁記事まで上がって来るとDSPエンターテインメントは立ち遅れて公式ホームページの公知を通じて主張を翻しました。この過程でDSPエンターテインメントは＇理解は望まない＇など、

特定芸能人の所属社とは見にくい高圧的で不親切な姿を見せてもっと論難をけしかけました。

所属芸能人の保護を最先にして迅速で賢明な対処をしなければならない所属社が現在までもちゃんとした後続措置取らなくて論難を加重させて、幾多の非難の矢が所属芸能人に零れ落ちる状況を座視しているという点は、DSPエンターテインメントが所属社としての役割をまともに遂行しているかを疑わしくします。したがってこれによる謝りと是正を要求刷るところです。

私達ファンダム(fandom)連合は誰かのファンだより先に国民の一人として一人の芸能人の参席によって

本の事案が惚たのに切ないさを抑える事ができないのです。この文を書いている時にも各ポータルー

サイトを通じて誇張されて刺激な記事が広がって悪性のコメントが溢れています。これによりキ厶ヒョンジュンはその間芸能人として立て来たイメージが急速に失墜になったし莫大な有/無形的被害を受けて

います。

このように事案が悪化一路を歩いているにもかかわらずDSPエンターテインメントはただ沈黙だけで一貫しています。私達はその間、刺激な記事と悪性のコメントによってどんな被害があり得るのか、何回もはっきりと見て来ました。このような残念な事例がもう一度繰り返されてはいけないことです。それで

私達はDSPエンターテインメントが無責任な傍観的な態度くを直ちに中断して明確な解明のための力強い意志を見せてくれる事を促すところです。

終りに私達連合はDSPエンターテインメントが参席の事実を否認したにもかかわらずss501公式ホーム

ページを通じて本人自ら真実を明らかにしたキ厶ヒョンジュンの所信ある行動に全幅的な支持を

送ります。

同時に難しい時、真実をかくすことなく率直に示した彼の勇気に拍手を送りながら事態解決の最後まで

私達連合がいつも一緒にいる事を明らかにします。

DSPエンターテインメントの理性的で早速な対処を要求します。
